Delivery
Delivery Time
Usually it takes 1 - 2 business days to ship your order after confirmation of your payment. However, shipping may be delayed in case of the rush of orders or items being out of stock. The delivery time depends on the country of destination. Please check an approximate days required for EMS delivery to your country from the following link.

* Please note that delivery of your orders may be delayed due to custom checks or weather conditions too.
Shipping address
If your shipping address is different from your registered shipping address or billing address, please write it and phone number in the remarks column when you place an order. Orders with a different shipping address may require extra verification and a few more days before shipping.
* Invoice will be submitted to the billing address.
Delivery problems
In case you are concerned about the possibility of delay, wrong shipment and loss of your order, please check the status of your package at the website of Japan Post. If you cannot confirm the status there, please contact COSMO DARTS with tracking numbers.
If you received damaged package, you or COSMO DARTS may need to report the damage and file a claim for damage. Please hang onto the original packaging, the damaged item and contact COSMO DARTS immediately.
Return to sender
If you are absent when your order is delivered, a delivery notice will be left in your mail box and your order will be kept at your local post office. Please contact the post office for redelivery or go to the post office directly to receive the package.
In case that you could not receive your order during the retention period, your order may be returned to COSMO DARTS without notice. We are not responsible for the costs of reshipping or refunding orders because it was unclaimed. Please note that you will be charged for secondary shipping charge when a package is re-sent.
